Boardwalk Beast Speedboat
Experience an incredible 25 minute thrill ride on Galveston Bay while cruising at speeds up to 40 mph. The Beast will take you approximately 4 miles out into the Galveston Bay. During your ride you will be blasted with wind, music and entertainment. Roaring through the air "the Beast is unleashed"!

Tickets must be purchased on-site at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Ticket booth located by behind Landry's Seafood House and next to our midway games.
These tickets are NOT included in the All Day All Ride Pass.
You must be 36" to ride. Children under 36" who can walk may be allowed to ride at the discretion of our Captain, dependent on weather conditions and sea state.
WARNING! This is a wet ride and our Captain and Crew will make sure you get wet! Be prepared!

Ride Procedures
Please Note: The Boardwalk Beast is not 100% wheelchair accessible. Guests who are wanting to ride the Beast must be able to transfer from their wheelchair to a regular seat to ride. Guests with disabilities must have upper body strength and sit up straight in a regular seat to ride. We cannot guarantee 100% accessibility due to low tides, high tides and/or aisle width – based on wheelchair size.
All ride and emergency procedures are announced on the boat before cruising.
- The Boardwalk Beast is a speedboat thrill ride that includes high speeds and is subject to motions caused by wind, waves and other factors which may result in sudden changes in vessel speed and direction.
- You are to remain seated at all times while the ride is in motion.
- For your safety and comfort, you should be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by the ride.
- Expectant mothers should not ride if you are experiencing problems or are late in term with your pregnancy. We do recommend expectant mothers to sit at the back of the boat.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- The Kemah Boardwalk assumes no responsibility for water damage caused to personal belongings.

- $2 discounts available on Boardwalk Beast tickets with valid active military ID or VA ID card – valid up to four passes. At this time, you must purchase on-site at the ticket booth.
